I saw similar shorts at Urban Outfitters and Forever 21 but trust me they were overpriced.
I definitely encourage you to watch some youtube videos about how to turn your old pair of jeans or bermudas into shorts.
That exactly what I did and I just took notes on the tips and made the shorts "my own".
Its also a very fun thing to do. And if you're worried about messing up your jeans, since this will be your first attempt I believe, go to a local thrift store and buy a few pair of dollar jeans and start cutting them up!
And oh don't wash them until you finish cutting them and sewing them!
Because its after you wash them that the threads will come out and give it that raggedy punk effect.
