OOTD | I Say, Wear What Makes You Feel Pretty ♥

I had been wanting an American Apparel 3D Rosetta Sweater for a while now, but honestly I couldn't afford it (seriously! $85 for a sweater? no thanks!).

So instead I went on my good old friend - eBay - and found a perfectly acceptable dupe of the American Apparel sweater. The quality isn't great but it will do since the sweater is not a piece that I will wear often. Also according to other bloggers that have the original sweater their sheds also so I'm happy with my "cheap" purchase. Hahahahaha...

WISHLIST | Autumn is Here!

Today is the first day of Autumn fashionistas! Are you excited?

Here in Florida it will take a while for true Fall weather to come but its ok because that way I can plan some outfits ahead.

Since I was little Summer was my favorite season of the year. But now as I've gotten older and my style has changed Autumn has taken Summer's place instead.

Now I'm more inclined to somewhat darker colors and a singular color rather than the girly prints and colors that I have worn before. You can see what I mean if you look back at THIS past look.

So, now that Fall Season is here its time to bring back those cozy sweaters and comfy knee-high socks - my personal favorite.

My staple colors for Fall Season 2012 are: burgundy, pastels, neutrals and grays! I already have a lot of outfits planned in my head and I can't wait to show you guys.

Cropped Bustier & Skirt \\ PACSUN Tibetian Cuff \\ EBAY

There was a period in my life when I thought gypsies were some of the coolest people on earth in terms of their wardrobe. I love their overwhelming use of jewelry and their utter fondness of the color black.

For this look I used gypsies as my inspiration of course. I thought this skirt was perfect for the look because it screamed gypsy to me but since I'm not used to wearing mostly black I added a pop of color with this colorful cropped bustier that I snagged during the labor day sales.

BEAUTY | NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream

Behold my new favorite lip creme: Antwerp!

Antwerp has a soft pink color and a matte finish. I picked it up at ULTA the other day when I decided
to go find Antwerp's sibling "Sao Paulo" [un]fortunately it was out of stock. So, I decided to give Antwerp a shot in turn.

Here are the results:

*These photos were taken without flash to show Antwerp's true color. I also wore RIMMEL Eastend Snob lip liner.

Its such a pretty pink color. The matte is perfect as well. When you first apply it the texture is creamy and after a few seconds it dries matte. In these shots it took me about 2-3 coats of it and I applied a lip balm - eos lip balm in mint - underneath to prevent any potential dryness to my lips.

Have you ever taken a closer look at the sky?

Its so vast and grand isn't it?

I have this infatuation with it that over the years has progressed more and more.

The sky captivates me because it eases my eyes; blue is so easy on the eyes. Blue is by far my favorite color. Yes, I do love pink as well but blue is different for me. Its like blue and I were meant to be together. Perhaps that is why my room and various items I own are this color.

As you can guess this sweater is one of my favorites for its color. To me this sweater is just "so easy on the eyes" just like the sky. This sweater is a classic piece with a classy touch.
