These beautiful photos are a quick recap of my trip to Morikami Museum and Gardens yesterday. I must say this garden is breathtaking and we were extremely sad to leave so soon - because we got there late and had only 2 hours to browse. These images alone do not suffice to the beauty of this garden. Photos weren't allowed inside the museum but I can tell you the display was very charming. It consisted of a beautiful array of wooden dolls known as Kokeshi dolls.

For my outfit I went for a light look. Although Morikami is beautiful for sightseeing it can be a pain if the right clothing isn't worn. My outfit turned out to be perfect for the occasion. I expected lots of heat and decided to wear a chiffon shirt and underneath my neon orange bikini - both pieces are H&M summer collection - because we were going to the beach afterwards. And because I like to add a pop of color here and there I complimented the neon bikini with some neon yellow dolphin shorts. I kept the rest of the outfit neutral with the wooden looking bag and flatforms. I mean the less the better; if too many colors clash you will end up looking like a clown.
