For this New Year's Eve I paired formal and casual items once again. The evening was warm and nice. The dancing heated up the scene even more but luckily the night breeze kept us refreshed.
I'm so glad I wore this open top from Bella + Canvas it was light and breezy but at the same time very sexy. It was the perfect combination of conservative and revealing at the same time. I had to pair it with this skirt (from FOREVER 21) because the tight versus loose effect it created when both pieces were together was just what I wanted for this look.
I celebrated NYE at a friend's house amongst family and friends. It was a blast! I'm so blessed to have met such cool people throughout this year. The night was filled with: lots of dancing, grape munching, champagne glasses clinking and picture taking (there was even a photobooth).
These are the photos that showcase bits of how I welcomed 2014. This past year was a period of lots of trial and tribulations and you guys helped me get through it a lot. I want to take this moment to thank all of you for your support. Your love helped open many doors for me this past year and I'm very grateful for it. I wish you all a Happy New Year 2014 filled with happiness, good health and prosperity once again. Let's add great memories to another year of our lives!
And lastly, I'm showing you guys how my makeup held up through the end of the night! What an improvement from last year. I've definitely gotten better at this art called makeup.
How was your New Year's Eve?
Love,
Sheyla ♥
