Romper | LULU*S Bag | ZARA Sweater & Sandals | FOREVER 21
(With a street vendor)
(Atlantis Resort)
(With Ms. Fanny)
The celebration of my 21st birthday continued on at the Royal Caribbean "Majesty of the Seas" Cruise! We booked a 4 nights cruise at the last minute and come Monday morning we were boarding the ship.
We reached Nassau, Bahamas the next day, it was a beautiful Tuesday morning. The sun was out and so were other tourists like us. Our plan was to find a way to the Atlantis resort but we were lured in to take a guided tour of the city (I'm so glad we took it!) We got to see Junkanoo beach, the government buildings, the residential area, Fort Fincastle and a few other places.
As for my outfit, I followed my usual rule: keep it simple and comfy! I received this simple yet classic romper from Lulu*s not long before my trip. When I first tried it on I knew that it would be perfect for a day walking around the city. It is light and has cut-outs in the right places, which means it keeps you cool. I love the cute floral pattern in it. And the deep-v cut out in the front is also quite sexy! I added some definition to my waist with my brown skinny belt and combined it with other brown accessories, like my bag and gladiator sandals, to keep the rest of the look neutral.
Ms. Fanny was our tour guide in Nassau. If you visit Nassau and need a guide I definitely recommend her. She's the sweetest lady and her tour of Nassau was very insightful. Thanks to her we were able to sip on Bahamamamas (a popular local cocktail) and do some souvenir shopping at different locations as well. Did you know Nassau charges no taxes? (FIND HER HERE)
We did get to stop at the Atlantis Resort, there we walked around and took some photos. At the end of the day we watched the port and city landscape from the cruise and said our goodbyes to the Bahamas capital.
Love,
Sheyla ♥
