I finally tried the blowout tension method for myself and fell in love with the results.
After washing my hair I dried it with a t-shirt and sectioned it off with 5 clips. I then proceeded to add heat protectant to one of the sections followed by detangling it with my denman brush.
Afterwards I set my blowdryer to the lowest heat setting, grabbed the detangled section and pulled it downwards. I proceeded to blow on that section of hair with my free hand by blowing it in a downwards motion (from the roots to the ends).
After about 1-2 mins your hair section will be completely dry and voila you've got a stretched natural hair section. This process must repeat be repeated through all the sections you sectioned off and then your blowout will be complete.
